Running a Real Estate business just outside metro Detroit, we can’t help but be intrigued by the massive opportunity – and the massive risk – that the city has to offer. Detroit has some serious potential, and is on a rapid rebound. The question is, “How can folks watching from the sidelines get in on the action?”
